Michael now has more time to focus on the important things

When Michael stops for his morning break, not only does he enjoy a hot coffee and newspaper; he logs in to his software to check in on how things are going with his farm. Since working with Nimba, Michael has the data, in real time, to look at his financial position. Every day, he knows exactly where he’s at. He enjoys the clear vision that technology provides him, whilst still doing business in the traditional New Zealand way.

Life for Michael wasn’t always so easy. There was a time that Michael couldn’t see so clearly, and it was stressful. Michael’s old system was desktop based; only one person could log in at a time, and it wasn’t automated. We spent a lot of time manually entering data, and we needed the physical paperwork to do that. Data entry happened once a month, Michael’s payroll system also needed a revamp, and to us it seemed that there were better things we could be doing. We moved Michael’s systems online using Xero, Figured and FlexiTime.

Michael can see his current cash position at a glance, everyone that needs to can see his transactions, his accountant can accurately determine his tax position, we help him to keep the stock recs up to date, and paying the accounts is now a breeze. The staff are using a timesheet app which makes payroll processing easy. And Michael’s office is now!
