Mary modernised her systems and increased her peace of mind

Mary works for a charity with a huge number of reporting requirements, where compliance is always top of mind. When her finance person left the organisation, she wondered what to do: hire someone new, or look for an external partner who could help?

In a stroke of good fortune, Nimba’s founder, Kim, had recently been working with the charity in a different capacity. “We really got on well, and I liked the way she worked,” Mary says. “I asked her if she could take over, and she said that she could.”

When we started working with Mary, her systems and processes were getting the job done, but there was a lot of room for improvement. We worked closely with Mary to streamline the charity’s financial systems, creating efficiencies and making life easier for Mary and her team.
